Collect questions before writing

Choose one service and review the questions people ask before ordering. Separate price from scope, timing and the customer’s responsibilities. “How much does a website cost?” and “What should I prepare before the project starts?” need different answers even though they concern the same offer.

Write the question in the customer’s language and note the information needed to make a decision. Do not publish correspondence details or names. If the answer depends on circumstances, record the conditions instead of inventing a universal number.

Answer, condition, example, action

We suggest four elements: a direct explanation, the conditions under which it applies, an example and the next step. This structure helps an editor identify missing information. It is neither a recipe for a featured result nor a search engine’s required format.

Example: “Can I edit the content myself?”

“Yes, within the agreed areas of the management panel. Before implementation, we agree which sections are editable and who receives access. For example, you could change a service description and image, while asking your maintainer to change the template. Bring a list of the elements you update most often to the meeting.” This is an illustrative answer, not a statement of scope for every BXM service.

Place the answer beside the relevant decision

Place pricing conditions beside the offer, required materials beside the collaboration process and usage instructions in a guide. A questions section can supplement these areas, but should not be the only place holding important information. Name each detail link after what the reader will learn.

Check the page on a phone: is the answer readable before the form, and does a contact panel obscure it? Ask someone outside the project to describe the service scope in their own words. If they have to guess, improve the content before adding more questions.

AEO does not replace SEO fundamentals

Google does not require separate optimisation or special markup for AI Overviews and AI Mode. A well-developed answer still needs a page that can be accessed. A question-based layout alone does not secure citations.

FOR USE IN PRACTICE

Your checklist

  • Choose five real questions about one service.
  • Add conditions and exceptions to each answer.
  • Check clarity on mobile and with someone outside the project.
