1. What do cookies and similar technologies mean?
Cookies are information stored by a website in your browser. LocalStorage and sessionStorage can serve similar purposes. Requirements for storing or accessing information on a device arise, among other provisions, from Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej). They do not depend solely on the technical name of the mechanism.

As a rule, storing or accessing information on a device requires prior, understandable information and consent. Article 399(3) provides exceptions for transmitting a communication and for activities necessary to provide a service requested by the user. In this application, remembering dismissal only fulfils your choice to hide the notice for the browser tab session; it is not used for behavioural analytics or advertising. Fonts, graphics and logos are provided locally. Regular HTTP cache is used to provide resources and is not used by the application to identify recipients. Cloudflare's protection layer may use its own technical mechanisms. The table above applies to application code, not automatically to the entire domain infrastructure.
Cloudflare and traffic protection
Depending on the security features you have enabled, Cloudflare may save, among other things: cf_clearance (verification confirmation) or __cf_bm (protection against bots). The supplier's documentation specifies for __cf_bm expires after 30 minutes of inactivity; validity cf_clearance depends on your protection settings. This does not mean that both files are used on every visit. Their actual occurrence and duration of operation on the domain must be confirmed before publication. 3. Why doesn't the message say "accept all"
The current configuration has no optional tracking technologies for you to accept. The panel describes the actual setup; it does not ask for consent to non-existent categories. Closing the notice does not grant advertising consent, accept the terms of use or activate Google measurement.
The setting is stored solely to fulfil your request to hide the same notice during the browser tab session. It is not stored before you make that choice. If storage is unavailable, the content and basic features remain accessible; the notice may appear again.
You can close the notice without saving a preference; it will appear when you reopen the page. Alternatively, choose “Close for this session”; the preference is saved only after that choice. Both options leave the website accessible. You can close the details panel without changing any settings.
4. How to manage the setting
Use the "Privacy Settings" link in the footer. In the panel you can unsave the message and see the information again. You can also delete website data in your browser. SessionStorage usually ends with the tab session, but session recovery is browser dependent.
Browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and other website data. The rules for deleting files downloaded by the user and browsing history are separate. Deleting this website's storage does not change the settings of other domains.
5. PageSpeed and external sites
Optional PageSpeed is a request for the server to measure a public web address, not a browser cookie category. It is disabled by default. You may select it before analysis or explicitly request a separate measurement in the report. The address is then sent to Google as explained in the description of the data flow.
An external link opens the other operator's website only when clicked. This operator may use its own cookies and settings. Our panel does not manage their records or consent on your behalf.
6. Configuration changes
The addition of tools requiring consent in the future must be preceded by updating the information and the mechanism that blocks their operation until voluntary choice. Refusing and withdrawing consent should be as easy as giving it. The current panel is not a ready-made consent system for freely added scripts.
