Terms of service and analysis

1. Service provider and scope of the regulations

The service provider and data controller is Bartłomiej Mech, a sole trader operating under the registered name BXM MULTIMEDIA APLIKACJE INTERNETOWE BARTŁOMIEJ MECH, registered in the Polish CEIDG business register, ul. Korzystna 7, 03-626 Warszawa, Poland, tax identifier NIP 1132479129, REGON 142112170. SEO Certyfikacja is a project of BXM Multimedia.

These terms apply to seocertyfikacja.pl: providing educational content, demonstrating reports, automatically analysing public web addresses, displaying and downloading results, and sending contact messages. They do not cover paid audits, website development or ongoing SEO services — these require separate arrangements.

2. What does the free analysis offer?

The analysis is free of charge and does not require an account, subscription or subscription to marketing. It does not automatically order a paid service. Available modules, limits and method of interpretation are described in the document Principles and limitations of analysis, which is part of the service information.

The website reads the indicated public HTML document and response headers, and in a separate module, robots.txt and one XML map. The optional Google PageSpeed ​​Insights measurement is triggered upon explicit user request. We do not perform a penetration test or a full site-wide audit.

The result refers to a specific address, time of download, version of the criteria and available data. The number of positive checks is not a percentage of the quality of the entire site.

In the report, SEO means the technical basis of search, AEO - the context of preparing content for responding, and GEO - the context of visibility in generative systems. The AEO/GEO summary groups the observations already read; it does not query AI assistants and does not measure citations, positions or brand endorsements. Search robots and training robots are considered separately.

3. Illustrative nature and significance of the result

The report provides automatically generated guidance. It is not an expert opinion, a formal assessment, a determination of whether a contractor has fulfilled a contract, a finding that work is defective, or a comprehensive assessment of the website author’s professional competence. It does not replace an individual assessment by a qualified specialist.

A positive result is only confirmed by reading the indicated element according to the described criterion. It does not represent a "perfect site", full accessibility, legality, security, indexing or business effectiveness. A warning indicates a signal that requires examination in context; may result from a deliberate decision, limited scope, different environment, or automatic interpretation error.

Results may differ from another contractor's testing due to date, address, tool, configuration, sample and criteria used. The discrepancy itself does not prove incorrect provision of the service or unreliability of any person. Before formulating an accusation against the contractor, the scope of the research should be compared and the findings verified.

The website does not guarantee position, traffic, sales, citations in AI or the deadline for achieving results. Google Measurement does not constitute a recommendation or certification by Google of the site.

4. Requirements and rules of use

An up-to-date browser and internet access are required to read the content; the analysis form and interactive reports require JavaScript and a connection to the server. Saving and printing options depend on the browser. The contact form sends messages through the BXM mail server and requires an email address for replies. Acceptance by the mail server does not confirm that the message has been read. If the form is unavailable, you can use the email address or telephone number provided.

Provide public HTTP or HTTPS addresses that you can legally submit for testing. Do not send passwords, tokens, secret links, customer data, special category data or private parameters. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, violate the rights of third parties, disrupt servers or provide illegal content.

It is forbidden to bypass limits and use the analyzer to massively load other people's websites. The service provider may reject the request for reasons of security, resource limits, source unavailability or violation of these rules. Whenever possible, the interface indicates the reason for the missing result.

The public nature of the address does not constitute the right to any further dissemination of the content found there.

Using the Internet involves the risk of impersonating the sender, intercepting information on an unsecured device and malware. Check your domain and HTTPS connection, update your browser and do not open suspicious attachments. The website does not require the installation of add-ons or transfer of passwords to the website being examined.

5. Start and end of service

The regulations are available free of charge before starting the analysis, in the footer and on the form. The content can be read, copied, saved or printed using normal browser functions. Upon request, we also make it available in a form that allows recording; for this purpose, write to [email protected]. The lack of a download button does not limit these possibilities. Checking the acceptance box and pressing "Analyze for free" means ordering a one-time, free analysis on the terms described.

The service ends after the result is available or a message about the inability to perform the analysis is received. The user can interrupt the waiting time by pressing the "Stop waiting" button or terminating the use by closing the page; a server-side download that has been started may still complete within the time limit. There is no obligation to pay.

The report is stored in the memory of the open page, not in the public registry. You can download data before closing the page. The service provider does not provide history or reproduction of an undownloaded report. Your rights to make a complaint or your statutory rights remain intact.

6. Sharing results and third party rights

You can submit the report to your own contractor or specialist for verification. When sharing it, please keep the date, address, scope, criteria version, sources, and disclaimers in mind. Do not present the selected metric as an evaluation of the entire site or the demonstration as the result of an actual study.

The website does not automatically publish lists of rated websites, contractor rankings or reports on third-party domains. Technology names and logos are used for identification; does not imply affiliation, endorsement or certification by the owner of the mark.

The user should respect copyrights, trade secrets and personal rights when further using the material. These rules do not limit legally permitted criticism, pursuing claims, forwarding evidence to competent authorities or rights arising from mandatory law.

7. Verification, correction and complaints

You can report an error or complaint at [email protected] or by letter. For efficient explanation, provide the website address, date, report ID, description of the objection and expected solution. If you have a report, please attach it; its absence does not deprive you of the right to report.

The site owner or contractor may also report an incorrect observation if another person ran the analysis. There is no need to request a paid audit or BXM services to request an error explanation. Do not submit your login details - we will arrange a secure means of verification if necessary.

We respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt, to the address provided for the response, explaining the position and the proposed solution. If additional information is needed, we will ask for it; this does not suspend statutory deadlines to the detriment of the consumer. The correction may involve clarifying the scope, removing a mechanism error, or re-testing. Due to the lack of an archive of the site's original response, it is not always possible to recreate the historical result.

8. User's responsibility and rights

The Service Provider exercises due diligence in the operation of the website and in explaining reported irregularities. Scope constraints describe the subject matter of the service; do not constitute a complete exclusion of liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations.

The parties' liability is subject to applicable law. The Regulations do not limit liability that cannot be excluded, or the rights of consumers and other persons protected by regulations. It does not require a waiver of claims, acceptance of the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the service provider's registered office or consent to marketing.

If the user has statutory rights of withdrawal or rights regarding digital content and services in a given situation, these remain valid. These terms and conditions do not replace the terms and conditions of future paid services or the information required before ordering them.

Consumers can obtain help and information from a consumer ombudsman UOKiK and available out-of-court methods of resolving disputes. The ability to do so depends on the applicable entity's regulations and policies; does not exclude the possibility of going to court.

9. Privacy, Materials and Certification

Data processing and device memory are described privacy policy and cookie policy. Acceptance of the terms and conditions does not constitute consent to marketing or optional tracking. The PageSpeed ​​order is a separate decision.

The guides are of an educational nature in accordance with editorial rules. Demonstrations contain sample data. The certification program remains in development; Currently, the analyzer does not issue certificates. Launching the program will require separately published criteria and rules.

10. Versions and changes

Version number: 2026-09-21.3. For a specific one-time analysis, the regulations provided when ordering it apply. Subsequent changes do not have retroactive effect and do not revoke acquired rights. When the scope of the service, regulations or method of data processing changes, we publish appropriately updated documents.

In unregulated matters, Polish law shall apply, maintaining the mandatory protection available to the user, including a consumer from another country. Disputes are resolved by competent courts pursuant to regulations.

The scope of services, technical requirements, rules for terminating use and complaints are described in accordance with the obligation to provide the regulations for electronic services. Basis: Act on the provision of electronic services, in particular Art. 5–8.
